The folks at Sanders Reproduction Glass have recently invested in a new CNC “water laser” and digital pattern management system. This high-tech advanced technology will vastly improve their already high-quality flat glass cutting capability as well as reducing the turn-around time for custom flat glass orders.

“The new application of digital technology to our industry is unique. No else is doing this.” Says Tyler Phillis, Sanders’ Managing Director. “We’ve vastly reduced the time it takes to produce a custom window glass from hours to minutes. Now we can fabricate a glass that not only looks better but fits perfectly as well.” The older, manual glass cutting process has hot rod, classic truck, and custom car owners waiting weeks or months to get their custom glass orders, plus, the amount of handling required in the older manual process almost guarantees some degree of minor chips and scratches. Sanders Reproduction Glass’ new “water laser” technology allows ‘em to offer not only a less than 14-day delivery time, but a guaranteed fit, as well! If you’re getting’ close to the point where ya aught to start thinking about glass for your project it’d do ya good to give these guys a shout (360-883-4884) or check out their Website, www.sandersreproglass.com for a heads-up and a head start!
