While at the Big 3 Auto Parts Exchange (the once-a-year auto swap meet in San Diego, California) we spotted several booths set up that catered to the Crosley automobile, with one guy selling Crosley crate motors. Crosley were those little cars (on an 80-inch wheelbase) made from '39 to '52, and known mostly for their wagons (though they made sedans and pickups, too).
We didn't know Crosleys still had that kind of following to warrant several booths of parts, but it would be fun to plunk one of these little four-bangers (44 cubic inches!) into a T-bucket and see how it works.
