This past weekend was a whirlwind of activity, I spent most of the weekend updating for the Autorama, but I did get out on Saturday to the 1st annual Good Guy's Orange County Get Together. It was definitely a plus to get away from the computer, and see some of the cars I sit in front of a computer all day working on and see them in all they're glory.
But one of the coolest things there had to have been the Caddy Ambulance pictured above, maybe it's my fascination with the movie Ghostbusters and the '59 Cad ambulance they had, I'm not sure. It also got me really excited about building my car. I'm really leaning towards a particular brand of car, which is not one of the big three. Let's just say it starts with a B and ends with a uick. I also got an idea from a friend on the wheel choice, which will be a nice vintage touch and a paint scheme idea. I have all the ideas swirling around in my head, now I just need to make it happen. I am thinking about getting a drawing made up of what I want if I do I will post it up here. Once I get the car check here for updates on some poor man's tech.
Now, does anybody have a couple grand they can lend me to get started?
